His career includes co-founding Golden & Cohen, LLC, which grew to serve over 3,000 clients with $70 million in annual sales before its acquisition by NFP in 2007.
As Managing Director at NFP, Scott's business unit became the most profitable in the Mid-Atlantic region. The Washington Business Journal recognized his team as the #1 Insurance Broker for seven consecutive years.
